Leighton House and 18 Stafford Terrace
Thursday 08 November 2018

Leighton House, formerly the home of the distinguished Victorian artist Lord Frederick Leighton, has been described as 'a Private Palace of Art'.  It is the only purpose-built studio house open to the public in the UK.  We shall also visit the former home of the Punch cartoonist Edward Linley Sambourne and his family at 18 Stafford Terrace.  The interiors and their furnishings will allow us to step back into genteel late-Victorian family life as though the clocks had stopped in 1899.

Click here to download an application form.  Please note that the visit will be on Thursday 8th November.
